With more than 25 years of investment industry experience, Joe works with clients to help guide them through retirement. Growing up, Joe watched his mother succeed in the financial industry, so he believes that he knows the retirement terrain well, making him the ideal guide to help you navigate your financial journey. He strives to provide the best possible service to his clients and help them work toward their retirement destination.
Joe holds Series 7, 31, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™, Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, and Chartered Financial Consultant® designations. These designations, plus his many years of experience, are the tools he utilizes when building your customized financial map.
A Maryland native, Joe currently resides in Bel Air with his family. He loves to spend time with his wife, Debra, daughter, Carlee, and son, Ryan, as well as his grandchildren, Charlotte, Connor, and Brooks. An avid adventurer, Joe is a certified diver and holds his piloting license. Outside the office, he enjoys meeting with friends, traveling, and volunteering in his local community.
Ryan began his investment industry career with Stifel in 2020. He helps clients map out their retirement plans and remain on track, focusing on the long term.
Ryan grew up playing sports until an injury turned his focus elsewhere. Through intensive rehab and training, Ryan was able to get back up and running, but realized pursuing a career as an athlete was no longer an option. After working for many years as an athletic trainer, Ryan decided to join Joe in his financial practice to help individuals, families, and athletes pursue their financial goals. Today, Ryan leverages his athletic training practices in his work as a financial advisor by evaluating what clients need, mapping out their course, and walking with them along the way, having periodic discussions with them and making adjustments when needed.
A Maryland native, Ryan currently resides in Cecil County with his wife, Jenny, and daughter, Charlee. Outside the office, Ryan still enjoys sports, but mostly can be found outdoors spending time with his family.
Heather began her financial services career in 1997 with Legg Mason Financial Partners. Heather earned a degree from Towson University and holds Series 7 and 24 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities). Having grown up in Baltimore County, she now lives in Abingdon with her husband, Bill, and their shared family of Andrew, Molly, Elizabeth, Eva, and Ben. Between work, children’s activities, and their granddaughter, Liliana, Heather keeps her calendar very full.

She will also periodically check in with clients, gather information, and ensure you are receiving the best service possible. Jenn also helps with communication outreach and event planning.
Originally from Baltimore, Jenn spent many years in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania, but now lives in Bel Air with her husband, Eric, and her daughters Harper and Summer. In her free time, Jenn enjoys spending time with her family and crafting.
